What makes a good photo?
Choose a clear, well-lit photo where your pet’s face is visible and not covered by hands, shadows or filters. We will contact you if the photo is not suitable.
How long does it take?
Layered portraits are made in 5–10 business days. Hand-carved portraits take 15–30 days and include a finished-piece preview before shipping.
What if something is wrong?
Because every piece is made for one pet, we confirm photo issues before production. If your order arrives damaged or materially different from the approved design, contact us and we will make it right.
